We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across our growing portfolio of engineering, technical/non-technical, and program management teams. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the aerospace, defense, and space systems sectors. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both technical and non-technical recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent.
