Description Summary: The Social Media Manager works closely with the Director, Content to tell the CalArts story—of alums, faculty, staff, and students. The Social Media Manager is responsible for: the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of ongoing and sustainable social media communications; producing relevant content for various social media sites for targeted audiences; collaborating with staff contributing to content production; ensuring all online venues are updated and maintained consistently to maintain positive online presence; educating and training the CalArts community on proper use of social media and online communications. The Social Media Manager also serves as the subject matter expert on social media and online content management.
