The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking an MCS IFTA/IRP Administrative Operations Supervisor to join the Motor Carrier IFTA/IRP team. The MCS IFTA/IRP Administrative Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the IFTA/IRP Administrative Operations team, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and DMV policies. This role supervises staff, resolves escalated issues, and monitors operational workflows to support DMV’s revenue collection and compliance objectives of the IFTA, IRP, PRISM and EZFleet programs. The Supervisor collaborates with stakeholders to maintain service delivery standards, implement process improvements, and ensure audit readiness.
