About the role: WEG has an excellent opportunity for an HR Business Partner here in our Duluth office. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders of assigned business unit(s), aligning people strategies with organizational goals. The HRBP partners with people leaders to drive talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives encompassing the full employee life-cycle. You provide guidance on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change management while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. By leveraging business insight and staying abreast of current best practices, the HRBP helps build a high-performing, engaged workforce that supports overall business success and promotes a positive employee experience.
