About the role: We are currently seeking a n End User Computing Specialist. This person is responsible for delivering reliable IT services across end-user computing and network support functions to meet operational and business needs. This role provides hands-on technical support at our Corporate office, along with travel and support to our US Mine operations. They will be ensuring employees have efficient, dependable, and well-supported technology environments. By combining onsite technical assistance with high-level network troubleshooting and coordination, the Specialist plays a key role in maintaining system availability, supporting connectivity, and enabling safe, productive operations. Duties will include: - End User Computing – Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, desk/soft phones, and related peripherals. Including imaging, provisioning, and deployment of systems, to ensure reliable performance, timely issue resolution, and alignment with corporate standards - Network Support – Assist the site operations teams with the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure as needed.
