Description Job Summary: The Product Line Manager (PLM) for the Communications Products Business Unit is a high-impact, customer-facing role that bridges the gap between Operations, Engineering, and Sales. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of communications-centric silicon photonics products. Oversee revenue lines for communications-specific products, and serve as the primary internal and external contact for project schedules, contracts, and financial health. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous program management—tracking schedules, deliverables, and spend—with strategic account management to ensure world-class customer satisfaction within our communications integration platform. Essential Responsibilities: - Customer Onboarding: Facilitate new project setups (code names/IDs) across Finance, IT, and Ops. Lead customer kickoff meetings and establish regular status review cadences. - Execution & Tracking: Establish project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
