Job Description Job Description: ADM has an exciting opportunity available for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of our animal nutrition business in Romania, Bulgaria and Czech. As a key commercial role in a largely untapped market for ADM Animal Nutrition, you will be responsible for building our presence, driving new business and maximizing customer value in close cooperation with the ADM Animal Nutrition team, and other ADM business units. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong technical animal nutrition expertise and a hunter mentality. You will manage direct B2B business with integrators, premixers, feedmillers and large farms, while also developing and managing a distributor network. The role is based in Bucharest, Romania and reports to the Sales Director Specialties East Europe based in Switzerland.
