Job Title: Processing Lead Location: Dows: Reports To: Processing Manager: Job Type: FT: Job Summary: The Processing Lead is responsible for overseeing processing operations, Breaking Room Operations, Tanker Bay operations, and/or assisting with Transfer Room activities. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of all plant positions to effectively train, coach, and direct staff. The Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining processing operations, managing product flow to meet schedules, and ensuring overall plant efficiency and quality standards.
