Business Development Manager - ANZ Role Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Manager (New Business) for the ANZ region to assist in developing and converting a pipeline across Squiz’s product range. This position will be part of the foundational sales team that we will expand over time. This role is at the forefront of the sales process, focusing on generating new opportunities, qualifying them, and advancing them through the designated hand-off point to senior sellers in the region. Reporting Structure: - Reports to: Sales Director (ANZ) Key Outcomes: - Consistent, measurable creation of qualified new business pipeline in ANZ. - Strong conversion from early-stage engagement to sales-qualified opportunities.. - A systematic and repeatable prospecting approach in the Higher Education, Government, and Professional Services sectors, with methodical expansion into other industries. - High-quality handovers to senior sellers, including detailed opportunity notes, identified stakeholders, and agreed-upon next steps. - Trusted representation of Squiz’s value and product offerings across DXP, Funnelback Search, and Content Intelligence.
