Description Assistant Manager (Assistant Coach): “At Zalat, our managers carry the title of Coach because we believe that the primary responsibility of this position is to train and coach those under your supervision. You should be actively coaching up your Zealots all day, every day. This is how they learn and grow to become amazing at making the Best Takeout Pizzas in the Universe, at providing warm, welcoming enthusiastic, and genuine service to their customers, at keeping our shops super clean, and at doing the right things on the daily to ensure that our business is successful in sales and profit.” As our Restaurant Coach, you will be the backbone of our operations at your store. As a Zealot Coach, you will assume responsibility for all functions of a Zalat Pizza restaurant to deliver high quality products and customer service, and to achieve restaurants sales and profitability goals.
