Coho Construction Management is seeking a skilled night shift Building Automation System (BAS) Operator to support facility operations at the National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA) located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The BAS Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining the museum’s automated building systems, including HVAC, humidity control, ventilation, and related mechanical equipment, to ensure occupant comfort, system reliability, energy efficiency, and compliance with strict museum environmental preservation standards. This role requires technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and professionalism suitable for a high-visibility government installation. This position is Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00pm - 6:00am.
