A Day in the life of an Operations Manager: Promote safety first in all actions Assist in the hiring and training of operations associates including Right Way Training, Driver Tablet training, and CSR process training Provide direction and guidance to all operations associates, drivers and technicians Manage processes and corresponding systems Review and make changes as needed to maintain the most efficient staffing of company units to achieve the highest utilization as possible Prioritize loads for timely delivery Work with fleet managers to assign loads to drivers in a fair and equitable manner Provide efficient friendly customer contact Control and complete paperwork and reports as required Manage Fleet manager schedules and desk assignments Communicate with all operations associates and drivers regarding company and customer req...
