Job Description At Rituals, our stores are more than points of sale—they are places of meaning, where every detail supports a thoughtful customer journey. As Sr. Technical Designer in our Format & Design Team, you are the technical anchor who helps bring our retail concepts to life with precision, quality, and care. You translate creative and architectural ideas into buildable, scalable technical solutions that work across formats—from Travel Retail and wholesale (WHS) to our flagship stores. Working closely with Concept Designers, (interior) Architects, Design Development Project Managers, and Construction Managers, you help make sure every detail can be produced and executed in the real world. With a strong focus on the APAC region, you collaborate with local suppliers and partners, balancing brand standards with regional requirements. You take ownership of technical development from early design stages through prototyping and rollout readiness.
