Data & Analytics Manager Denver, CO YES Communities, founded in 2008, owns and operates nearly 300 manufactured housing communities with locations across the United States. YES takes a new approach to manufactured home communities and works to build and maintain an environment in each community that reflects their positive YES attitude. YES is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and Data Science teams, working alongside Data Engineering to turn raw data into better business decisions. This role owns the analytics roadmap in partnership with the Director of FP&A — building the systems and models the business runs on while managing and developing a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists. It is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build — not just maintain — a modern analytics function and directly shape how the business makes decisions.
