Help clients unlock capital through bespoke securitized financing solutions. As a Vice President on the ABS Commercial and Esoteric team, you will lead client relationships and drive end-to-end execution of warehouse and term ABS transactions across a wide range of traditional and non-traditional asset classes. You will play a key role in managing clients, structuring transactions, and executing ABS financings across commercial and esoteric sectors, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, market-leading solutions. You will also contribute to business development, market insight, and team leadership. Job responsibilities: - Lead client management, structuring, and execution of warehouse and term ABS transactions (public and private) across commercial and nontraditional asset classes including fleet lease, rental car, digital infrastructure, intellectual property (music, film, etc.), timeshare, insurance premium, and utility ratepayer-backed securitizations - Coordinate with internal partners (credit risk, syndicate, sales, legal, and investment banking coverage) and external parties (rating agencies, counsel, accountants, investors) to facilit...
