About the role: The Training Lead NCC is responsible for developing the capability of our people so they can deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end donor experience. Working closely with the National Contact Centre, this role shapes a high‑performance learning culture by defining and delivering effective training methodologies that support Lifeblood’s Contact Centre teams.
