Job description

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its New York headquarters, reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with both the Marketing and Project teams. This role supports the execution of project-based marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including print and digital advertising, project-specific social media, portfolio-wide and site-specific events, as well as budget forecasting and tracking. Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Sponsor Development teams, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day marketing operations while maintaining a high standard of quality across all initiatives. This is a fully in-office position based in New York City, with weekly visits required to development sites throughout the city.
