Senior Electrical Designer | Phoenix, AZ IMEG is hiring a Senior Electrical Designer in Phoenix, AZ, to lead design efforts as a project manager or lead designer for moderate to complex projects and support delivery of larger, high-complexity work with limited senior-staff support. You’ll work closely with engineers and consultants to provide project direction, engineering solutions, and advice to clients, with responsibilities spanning project management, engineering analysis, design, and implementation oversight of building electrical systems. You’ll also support budget management, training and mentoring efforts, and cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals and client expectations. Principal Responsibilities: - Coordinate, oversee and manage projects ranging in size and complexity - Assist Project Executives and Client Executives with design scopes of work and fee calculations for proposal generation as well as with contract reviews - Create project schedules including targets for milestones and deadlines - Serve as the point of contact for teams and clients - Create monthly billings and submit financial information to Accounting in a timely manner; Update billing pro...
