Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or product commercialization. - Experience working within the mobile messaging ecosystem (e.g., CPaaS, SMS aggregators, carriers, business messaging APIs or customer engagement platforms). - Ability to communicate in French fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements or technical partnership frameworks with C-level executives. - Strong understanding of the local digital advertising, marketing, and enterprise SaaS landscape in your target market. - Ability to navigate ambiguity in an emerging product category, translating technical features into highly compelling business value propositions. - Analytical mindset with the ability to build data-driven business cases and measure return on investment (ROI) for partners. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning internal Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across different regions.
