Position Summary: The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective receiving, and shipping of finished goods. They will ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by coordinating supply chain activities with the Manufacturing, Planning, and Sourcing groups. In addition, they will maintain appropriate and accurate record keeping and data management systems and is an effective liaison with transportation providers and internal and external customers. What You'll Do: - Responsible for proper operation of equipment, including the training and instruction of operators on equipment use, and the requisitioning of needed equipment maintenance. - Ensure equipment is maintained in a clean working order. - Establish, maintain, and promote positive employee relations, while maintaining productivity, attendance, and general order required for an efficient operation. - Ensure daily cycle counts are taken and provide Senior Distribution Manager/Director with monthly reports on...
