Description JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Executive Director, Clinical Operations, the Operations Director, in collaboration with designated Physician leaders, is accountable for the overall operational management of designated programs and services within Vancouver Community, including the Raven Song Health Unit and Community Health Area 5 (CHA5). The portfolio includes oversight of Home Health, Home Support, Mental Health and Substance Use, and Primary Care services. The Operations Director establishes the operational framework and infrastructure needed to support program and service delivery, strategic priorities, and integrated care planning, while allocating and managing all physical, human, and financial resources. A key focus of the role is ensuring strategic objectives and operational plans are effectively implemented to support efficient, high-quality, client-centred health care services across a diverse and complex community portfolio.
