About the role: The Assistant Production Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing daily production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role involves leading and mentoring a team of production staff to achieve operational excellence whilst ensuring the effective implementation of health, safety, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
