Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Metro Region Clinical Operation’s leadership team in the role of Director – Clinical Operations. The Chief provides administrative leadership and direction for the regional Department of Public Safety. Leading the department strategic planning process, including assessing and reporting progress made toward goals and objectives, primary oversight of the annual budget, and financial planning for their assigned region. You will also have management and oversight of recruitment and hiring. Leading the development and implementation of department goals, objectives, policies, and any assigned projects. Act as a representative of the IU Health Department of Public Safety through various community outreach programs with internal and external stakeholders.
