In a nutshell. As Director Operations you are responsible for the quality and performance of our operations. You will lead an operation with over 200 employees across multiple layers, modalities and disciplines. You will develop your direct reports (6 employees) so they can enable their teams or own skills to excel. Together with the founders, you will set the course for Operations and contribute to strategic decisions around growth, partnerships, and investments. We closed 2024 on a high, reporting 8% EBIT profitability and expanding our market share to 75%. With profits reinvested in fleet upgrades and expansion into electric cars and e-bikes.
