People Operations Specialist Benefits US The People Operations Specialist Benefits US will serve as the internal contact for benefits administration from inception/inquiry through to resolution. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with empathy and sound judgment are critical in this role. Will work alongside the Benefits, HR & People teams, Finance, and Payroll to build and support best-in-class leave programs. This role is on our Shared Services team and reports to the HR Shared Services Manager and is based remotely, ideally on the East coast. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: What Do You Bring To The Role? - Performs operational and transactional tasks required to administer company benefit programs, such as group health and welfare plans, life and disability insurance, and health spending accounts, for new hires, current, and terminated employees. - Assists with the communication, implementation, and administration of employee benefits.
