Become a part of our caring community The Learning Facilitation Professional facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. The Learning Facilitation Professional work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. You will report to the market president. The Learning Facilitation Professional plans, coordinates, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training. Use your skills to make an impact - You will provide training to both Front Office staff and Medical Assistants - Select appropriate materials - Create an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engage the learner, and produce the desired outcomes - Monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance - Analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements - Evaluate the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the fields - Understand own work area p...
