P&O Ferries are recruiting a ​Host/Hostess (on call) ​ to join our Tourist check in team based at our Office in Europoort. Key responsibilities and duties: - You will efficiently check in our car passengers and/or foot passengers for the journey to Hull, naturally with a smile on your face; - You will welcome, register and direct visitors; - Handle the administrative preparations for the evening crossing; - Sell bus tickets to and from Amsterdam and Rotterdam and process any other (outstanding) payments; - Check the validity and authenticity of passports and other travel documents; - Deal with any issues and (minor) complaints from passengers.
