Network Solution Design Manager

Job description

The Network Solution Design Manager will play a critical part in the Fashion, Home & Beauty Supply Chain & Logistics transformation, leading the design of end ‑ to ‑ end network solutions across distribution centres, stores, fulfilment locations and transport networks, including final mile. The focus is on creating resilient, scalable and cost-effective logistics solutions that balance service, proposition and efficiency. This role will help shape network designs that translate strategic ambition into practical, real-world outcomes, using data ‑ driven insight to simplify complexity, optimise performance and support long ‑ term growth. Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners helps drive alignment, clarity and momentum across the transformation programme. NB : This role will involve travel across our distribution Network and the successful candidate can be based out of one of our Distribution Centres dependant on their location.
