Operation Services Limited About the role We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Lead Technical Asset Manager who will be a key member of the Technical Asset Management Team. What you will do: You will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of Technical Asset Managers (TAM) and Regional Site Managers (RSM) to meet the contractual deadlines and the demands of an allocated group of wind farms. You will take ownership for your allocated group of wind farms and ensure successful delivery of the contracted scope of services. You will be responsible for setting out and reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, on set wind KPI’s to monitor the department performance. You will be the escalation point of contact for clients on issues in the projects with responsibility for organising regular update calls and producing monthly reports. You will be required to participate in the adoption and integration of new projects into operations. You will support identification, selection and management of local companies to undertake works alongside the Senior Operations Manager.
