Maximo Technical Lead

Cataly is seeking an experienced Maximo Technical Lead to join our team and drive the design, implementation, and support of enterprise asset management solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple systems and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ·: Install and configure IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.1.x components including MAS Core and Maximo Manage on Red Hat OpenShift clusters (on‑prem or cloud). ·: Prepare and validate infrastructure readiness: (OpenShift cluster sizing, storage classes – RWO/RWX, networking, ingress, certificates). ·: Plan and execute Maximo 7.6.x → MAS 9.1.x upgrades. ·: Perform pre‑upgrade activities including: · Integrity Checker execution (report & repair modes) ·: SMP and DB compatibility validation: ·: Execute MAS and Manage upgrades using supported IBM upgrade paths. ·: Perform post‑upgrade activities including: ConfigDB, validation testing, and defect remediation. ·: Support automated MAS installations using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitOps‑based workflows). ·: Standardize installation and upgrade procedures: to improve repeatability and reduce manual...
