As a grassroots-to-global organization, we partner with local actors to bring a human rights agenda to the use, development, and governance of digital technologies, and to intervene where technologies adversely impact our human rights. By combining direct technical support, strategic advocacy, grassroots grantmaking, and convenings such as RightsCon, we fight for human rights in the digital age. About this role: The Assistant Controller implements finance, accounting and reporting activities, and assists in the day-to-day finance operations of Access now’s global budget of approximately $15 million. They function as a senior financial analyst supporting the key objectives of Access Now by ensuring that the Organization has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation, and leads for exceptional audit results.
