This role is crucial in supporting our mission through efficient store operations, staff management, and community engagement. You'll be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including staff supervision, sales performance, store maintenance, customer service, banking, and record keeping, while ensuring that all functions support our mission of serving those in need in our community.
