You’ll partner with leaders and teams to drive safety excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver meaningful environmental impact in a dynamic, field-based environmen t . What you’ll be doing: Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple sites Ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement preventive measures Drive incident investigations and identify root causes Function as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams Develop and deliver training and awareness programs Lead audits, inspections, and interactions with authorities Promote a strong safety-first and sustainability mindset Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders What we look for: Relevant EHS qualification - Safety Specialist (ASGS/STPS ) Previous EHS experience in field-based environments Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems...
