POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position will lead a team in creating a hospitable environment for store associates and customers alike. This role is responsible for developing the strategic leadership and business acumen skills in store leaders to maximize store performance and profitability. A role model, creating memorable customer experiences and building enduring relationships with both internal and external customers.
