RGI, established in 1908, has the distinction of being recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States. Rogers Group is currently seeking a Sales Trainee in the Middle Tennessee area for our Eastern Division operations, reporting directly to the Middle Tennessee Director of Sales. Responsibilities: - The trainee position is intended for new college graduates who have obtained a bachelor’s degree and have a desire for a career in sales and marketing. - The trainee will enter the Rogers Group Sales Management Development Program (SMDP). The program is a comprehensive 24-month development program to allow the trainee to learn about Rogers Group, our industry and the sales and marketing role. - Learn all aspects of our business including sales, quality control, manufacturing processes, office administrative processes, etc. - Learn all aspects of our products and their usage. - Interface with customers and work to enhance customer experience (i.e. product applications, product alignment...
