Position Summary: The Director of Construction leads the construction delivery function for Shell Mobility and Convenience (SMC) gasoline stations and convenience retail stores, serving as the owner’s representative for the capital program. This role provides governance, portfolio prioritization, and disciplined project controls to ensure projects are delivered safely, on brand, on schedule, and within approved budgets. The Director partners closely with Real Estate, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to drive timely decisions, manage risk, and maintain consistent delivery standards across the portfolio.
