Description Position Summary: The Forklift Operator – Stand-Up is responsible for operating stand-up powered industrial trucks to safely transport, stage, and store materials within the warehouse. This role supports high-volume logistics operations by ensuring accurate inventory movement, efficient material flow, and adherence to safety and quality standards. What will you do: - Operate stand-up forklifts such as reach trucks and order pickers to move materials within warehouse aisles and rack systems - Perform daily equipment inspections and document any safety or maintenance concerns - Accurately scan, move, and place inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems - Load, unload, and stage materials to support production and shipping requirements - Maintain proper inventory placement and ensure product integrity during handling - Follow all safety policies, standard operating procedures, and company guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach truck, order picker) preferred - Ability to obtain certification for powered industrial equipment - Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred - Strong attention to det...
