Reports to the Director of Store Operations and oversees Facilities and Support team members. - Manages team members: hires, schedules, trains, motivates, submits payroll and disciplines as necessary - Ensures efficiency and good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities, including but not limited to: walk-ins, refrigerator units, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning services and off-site storage - Maintains accurate records of the conditions of all facilities in the building and creates a schedule of regular housekeeping and cleanliness for the store - Guarantees exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions in acco...
