Optus is an Australian telecommunications company, delivering more than 11 million services to our customers every day across mobile, broadband and digital solutions. We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven and relationship-focused Account Director to lead a portfolio of Optus Enterprise’s most strategic customers. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end engagement of high-value accounts (typically $30M+ TCV), driving growth across managed services, ICT, and outsourcing solutions. You will be responsible for expanding revenue, profitability, and market share by building trusted executive relationships and identifying new opportunities—often worth $50M+ over three years. A key part of your success will come from enabling co-creation with customers through innovation initiatives, proof of concepts, and early adoption of new solutions. As a senior leader, you’ll act as a market ambassador for Optus’ enterprise capabilities while leading a growing team of account and sales professionals.
