About the Role You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across your assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, and representing RealTruck’s innovative product portfolio. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact in the automotive aftermarket industry. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets. - Conduct at least one annual visit to New Zealand to maintain and grow relationships, with visit frequency adjusted as needed. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts. - Provide market insights to shape product development and pricing. - Represent RealTruck at trade shows and industry events within your territory. - Deliver accurate reporting and forecasting to support business planning. Qualifications & Skills: Preferred: - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience. - 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in automotive aftermarket. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and travel across Victory, Tasmania, South Australia, and New Zealand. - Valid driv...
