Social Content Creator / Videographer Founder-Led Content | YouTube, TikTok, Reels & Organic Brand Growth We’re looking for a: social-first content creator who understands YouTube, TikTok, Reels, hooks, trends, and attention. This is not a traditional videographer role. This is not a slow corporate content position. And it’s definitely not a “just edit what we send you” type of job. We want someone who naturally thinks in: Hooks Formats: Content angles: Series ideas: Retention and attention: Someone who can work closely with our founder and turn raw thoughts, opinions, lessons, wins, and behind-the-scenes moments into content people actually want to watch. If you constantly think: “How would I improve this?” “How would I hook people faster?” “How would I turn this into a series?” …you’ll probably fit this role well.
