Staff Nurse - Enterprise Staffing Pool - Adult Intermediate Care Tier 1, Night Shifts - ( 26002318 ) Description All qualified applicants are eligible for a sign on incentive of up to $12,500 University of Iowa Health Care is seeking skilled staff nurses for their Enterprise Staffing Pool (Tier 1) for Adult Intermediate Care Services. These staff nurses will circulate between many units within Adult Intermediate Care Services at University of Iowa Health Care University Campus. Key Areas of Responsibility: Percent of Time: 90% - 36 hours per week Schedule: Night shifts , every third weekend, 1 winter and 1 summer holiday Location: Iowa City, IA SEIU Pay Plan: PD20 https://hr.uiowa.edu/pay/pay-plans/seiu-pay-plan - Applies nursing theory to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of patient responses to health and illness - Assesses patient health care preferences and expectation - Collaboratively coordinates the continuum of care across settings socioeconomic conditions that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes - Implements patient care plan according to patient priorities, which includes interventions identified through nursing diagnoses.
