Integration Support Engineer

Job description

Stream is looking to expand the Integration Support Engineering team in our Boulder office (full-time, 3 days/week in-office). In this position, you’ll enjoy learning about our Chat , Video , Activity Feeds, and AI Moderation products, and the code behind them, as well as helping our customers make the most out of our products and services. This position offers excellent growth potential, and the opportunity to take ownership of a role in an exciting marketplace. About you: You’re competent in reading and writing code in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, and Swift. You have strong experience with React and modern web development best practices is required. You’ll use your technical knowledge of APIs to learn the Stream products and services. You will use your technical communication skills to help our customers understand problems and point them in the right direction. Being organized and motivated is key to this role. You’ll be expected to manage your own time effectively to contribute to projects and initiatives in various departments.
