Job description

This position is responsible for supporting franchise partners on growth, including assisting in the transfer process. Other responsibilities include managing all aspects of collection efforts and overseeing the monthly franchisee billing process. Key Responsibilities: Franchisee Growth (40%) - Support and execute various aspects of the franchise Ownership Change process including new franchise qualification, franchisee to franchisee transfers/re-sales, and refranchising/acquisition initiatives. Create comprehensive approval memorandums supported by detailed cash flow models, key financial ratio & trend analysis, as well as an extensive review of current and future capital investment needs. - Act as primary contact for both buyer and seller throughout entire transfer process, from initial document requests to collection of final balances. Collections (40%): - Support monitoring, compliance, and collection with all payment obligations required under the Pizza Hut Franchise Agreement (includes royalty, advertising, rent & other miscellaneous payments).
