Company: Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd RESPONSIBILITIES: Change Management: Manage the development and/or delivery of a significant element of an organizational change management initiative for a substantial department/area. Internal Communications: Manage certain aspects of the internal communications system with some guidance from senior colleagues. This could mean being responsible for the development or operation of the system. Stakeholder Management: Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice. External Communications: Execute a communications plan within established systems and procedures. Continuous Improvement: Review existing operations in a major area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered.
