Description The Pool Maintenance Specialist – Floater is a fully trained field technician who supports operational continuity while awaiting assignment of a permanent service route. During this transition period, the Floater provides coverage for technician call-outs, paid time off (PTO), open routes, and special service needs to ensure consistent, high-quality pool care for our customers. This role is designed as a temporary but critical stepping-stone position. Once assigned a full, permanent route, the employee will advance to Pool Maintenance Specialist – Level 1. Position Summary: - Perform weekly residential and commercial pool maintenance services, including: - Water testing and chemical balancing - Skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools - Cleaning baskets, filters, and related equipment - Identifying and reporting equipment or safety issues - Deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with company standards and customer expectations - Route Coverage & Flexibility.
