As a Senior Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proficiency and success of our associates in delivering exceptional service in the automotive industry. This position demands a versatile individual capable of facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions. You will focus on operational and/or leadership courses tailored to associate and manager-level roles, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their positions. With periodic travel to various learning hubs, you will deliver engaging training modules that align with our company's vision to “Be America’s best place to buy and service cars and trucks.” Job Responsibilities: 1.
