FD Echo PALANTIR COE | FORWARD-DEPLOYED TEAM: FD Echo — Prevents Atrophy: Scalability, Sustainability & Adoption Role Summary: FD Echo ensures that production solutions continue delivering value after deployment. This role focuses on sustainability, reliability, lifecycle management, and driving the adoption of deployed capabilities. Travel expectation is typically 10–30% . Key Responsibilities: - Assume ownership of deployed solutions and maintain operational performance. - Develop lifecycle management plans, including versioning and release management. - Monitor system health using Foundry and AIP observability tools. - Drive user adoption and provide training and documentation. - Support recurring value realization measurement cycles. - Identify scalability improvements and architectural enhancements. - Support release and deployment management activities.
