The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, enthusiasm for work and a positive attitude. This role involves assisting in various shop tasks, including, trash removal, vehicle check-in, shop cleaning, and running errands. The Shop Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Body Shop Apprentice Responsibilities: Assist with vehicle check-in procedures. Assist technicians with basic disassembly and repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as necessary to support shop operations.
