Job Title: Business Banking Division Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Business Banking Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm, Weekends as necessary General Job Summary: Lead a team of Business Bankers in the delivery of relationship management and new business development for clients and prospects in your Market area. Responsible for identifying, soliciting, servicing, delivering and coordinating the delivery of a broad range of financial products and services. Proactively develop new client relationships and deliver exceptional, high-level relationship management to clients and prospects.
